Refund policy

Once an order has shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please note that all sales are final and are not subject to a return.​ 

We are committed to excellent customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we would love to hear from you. Please be sure to report any issues with your order within 10 days of the delivery date to ensure proper resolution. Any issue reported outside of the specified time frame may result in store credit.​

Purchases Made Through Retailers

Please contact the store where you purchased your products for a refund, return, or exchange. Scalp Retreat is unable to provide a refund, return, or exchange for a purchase made through a retailer.
